MANAGEMENT-BY-BEING
A PROGRAM FOR MINDFULNESS, INTUITION AND COMPASSION AT THE WORKPLACE
“If you’re fully present on the job, you will be more effective as a leader, you will make better decisions and you will work better with other people.”
(William George, Professor for Management, Harvard Business School)
How can we manage ourselves and others from a place of being rather than doing?
This question is at the core of the 2-day program Management-by-being. In 4 modules we explain and experience how to get into a quality of BEING in our work, in managing ourselves, our teams or organisations.
- Mindfulness allows us to get in touch with what-really-is, to become fully aware of it and thereby expand our scope of action.
- Increased awareness enables us to get a clearer feeling for our intuition, to be more trusting of it and to use it in our daily work.
- Practicing compassion actively helps us to strengthen our connection to our own selves and others in the working environment.
- Looking into our personal and the bigger WHY allows us to experience more purpose in our work.
