Lisa Peterlechner is the founder of the Akademie für Arbeitslust. She is an enthusiastic communication trainer, mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice, certified coach (UK Institute of Leadership and Management) and AUM meditation leader (Humaniversity Netherlands), as well as an economist (MSc, Sciences Po Paris, University of California), business consultant and consultant for international cooperation (Financial Systems Development, GIZ; self-employed since 2015). Lisa grew up in the Innviertel in Upper Austria, lived and worked abroad for 10 years, settled in Vienna 7 years ago and became a mother 5 years ago.
Lisa enjoys navigating different social and organisational structures and taking on different roles: Before her studies, she worked for a year in a children’s home and later volunteered for organisations supporting the homeless and refugees; she graduated from a French elite university. She worked for five years in project management with an international company with 20,000 employees and has been self-employed for 6 years, providing consultancy services to projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Tajikistan and Papua New Guinea. She has presented to and trained international audiences, has shared a table with ministers and CEOs of international banks on one day and sat on a mat under a tree with farmers of the poorest regions of East Africa on the next.
In her work Lisa loves to combine efficiency, impact orientation and clear structures with playfulness and enthusiasm. You can find out more about Lisa’s personal WHY for the Akademie für Arbeitslust here.
